MOMENTUM MASSAGE ETIQUETTE: Plan on arriving 15 min. prior the start of your session to fill out your intake/Health forms (if you haven't done it via e-mail), use the bathroom, and begin your treatment totally relaxed. Clients can unwind in our serene waiting Lounge Lanai for the most enviable retreat. Cell phone use is not permitted inside the treatment room but permitted in the waiting lounge lanai area. Most massages are enjoyed without clothing, however, wear whatever is most comfortable for you. During treatment, the body is fully draped except for the areas being worked on. Once your treatment is complete, please get dress, and come back to relax in our waiting lounge lanai. Complimentary water is available. AGE REQUIREMENT Must be 18 years or older to use the private lounge, pool, and massage services. Client under 18 must be accompanied and under adult supervision to receive massage and use the private lounge and pool. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION A 24 business hours cancellation notice before your session start time is required for a full refund and can be done online via our AI Agent, Chat Room, Contact Page, or by contacting Momentum Massage directly at (952) 856-5857. Past this time, your appointment can be rescheduled up to 5 min. before your session start time and can be done online or direclty by contacting us as stated. Missed appointments and no-shows are charged in full to your the card on file. GIFT CARDS Momentum Massage EGift cards are available for purchase from any amount. EGift may be purchased on www.MomentumMassage.Org or by contacting Momentum Massage at (952) 856-5857. To redeem your EGift simply choose your service, the date & time for your appointment, and enter your 16-digit code received by email at checkout on the payment page.
