This massage utilizes Reflexology, Swedish strokes to improves circulation and help relieve muscle tension, Clinical/Therapeutic technics including Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, CFF, Myofascial Release and gentle stretches to rehabilitate the symptomatic muscle tissues of the lower body including Glutes . Warm towels are integrated to promote ultimate relaxation. Perfect choice for clients suffering with leg fatigue and/or pain, and/or Plantar Fasciitis.
